Thank you to Marcus and Neil. Nothing really prepares you for a house sale in the UK, but Marcus secured a price £40k above other agent's quotes and Neil supported us through the whole process. Terribly stressful for us as we were selling from Australia. My advice - move to Australia where you know your house is officially sold in 2 weeks, or if you can't do that, sell with Robinson Jackson Bexleyheath. Thanks guys, I've raised a few glasses to you!
