Alex was extremely patient and provided an in depth guide to becoming landlords. Alex provided detailed explanations of all the different types of services and even given us the choice to source our own insurance/other services and stressed that it was not compulsory to sign up to everything in the pack. Sold my property through Robinson Jackson and both Andrea and Margaret were amazing (progression team), chasing every which way they could as we had a long complicated chain. They both went above and beyond in securing our exchange and completion.
