They provided a free Hometrack report and followed up by text, I explained I wasn't looking to move immediately and Robert said to get back in touch when ready. No pushy sales, no repeated follow-ups, and when ready I arranged for the valuation. Robert gave us some really helpful tips about what we could do to position the property to make the most of the sale - all of this without obligation to list with their firm. Received an offer within the first week of going on the market and thereafter the support from Tara was just as excellent, she made time to discuss matters when I called and was attentive. The office also created a Whatsapp group for us so we could easily ask questions and reach them Monday to Sunday making the communication with them so easy. Robert, Tara and all of the team at the Bexleyheath office have been ace!
