Being a first time buyer, I had limited understanding of the full process and steps involved in buying a house, but Edd was great help in making sure I knew what I needed to do and ensuring that I'd actioned everything as was required. My situation needed a fairly speedy turnaround (also the case with the sellers) and Edd made himself available to ensure there were no unnecessary hold ups.
