After a very bad experience with our previous estate agents we decided to hire Ewe Move Estate Agents to sell our property. From the get go we knew we made the correct decision.The initial visit from Kevin was very informative & you can tell he was very knowledgeable & experienced which gave us a lot of confidence that our property would sell. The process of setting us up was quick. Ed visited our property to take the photos. Again Ed was really helpful and gave us really good insight, & advice about pricing our property. He took really high quality photographs & included a virtual tour. To my surprise there was no charge & all part of the package. The viewing process by Kevin was excellent. He took actual time with potential buyers comparing that to our previous estate agents who most of the time didn’t even turn up for viewings. Kevin also gave us consistent feedback about the potential buyers, again, what we previously did not receive. After an offer was made Kevin was excellent keeping us informed, updating us when we asked as he knew it was an anxious time for us. We never had to chase him & always got back to us. Eventually we exchanged contracts & completed & it all worked out with the purchase of our new property. We can not thank Kevin enough & the overall service provided by Ewe Move. Recently bought a house through Ewemove and I was looked after by Alex Finch. From start to finish, she looked after us very well. She kept us well informed of everything that was going on and also started the process as soon as we offered. There wasn’t any waiting game as such, which happens with some estate agent. We were informed and followed up during all the steps. She even responded during out of office hours, which we really appreciate as buying a josue is a very stressful process. We put our flat on the market with EweMove during the COVID-19 pandemic. They were very professional and respectful from the beginning.
