I have been a tenant with Harpers for around 2.5 years and it is safe to say they have been the best landlord/letting agent I have used. Jak & Lisa are really easy going and accommodating whenever there is an issue. Rent was kept at a good rate and it wasn’t being increased at any possible moment.
