Not bad

After the initial meeting I was really disappointed with their service at the Bexhill branch. Danny Power was the breath of fresh air but the others made me feel not important and not welcome whenever I contacted them or walked into the branch. Maybe the value was not high enough? Two of the sales fell through where I wasn’t given the full picture or full checks were done before they fell through, wasting time. As a first time seller a disappointing frustrating experience.

Very disappointed with the agent.

Unorganised staff who messed up appointments on 2 viewings we booked. We had to call to confirm bookings after they where supposed to call us but didnt. Then they turned up 10 mins late to both viewings by which time owner/tenant had showed us round. No one called to say they would be late or to apologise.

Cannot recommend this Estate Agents based on our recent experience of “almost” selling through them. Our sale fell through which I only found out about by ringing for updates - Lack of communication including not returning phone calls, a rude and arrogant phone call from the manager when I requested going dual-agency, to name just a couple of things. There are much better Estate Agents to choose from in our local Town.

I only rang to view a house. I had the Spanish inquisition on my financials within two minutes of the conversation. I then said no i did not wish to sell but wished to view. He got fairly stroppy on the phone and spoke to me on a condescending manner. This company musy never ring me again.

Offer on flat accepted but after weeks and 2k in legal fees flat had no safety certificates stairways etc had failed fire assessments insist on these before spending any money.

Terrible!!!!!

Two terrible experiences so far with this brand. No show for viewings lack of interest. I know the market is good at present but why would you obviously not care about your clients. Agent that showed up didn’t even show us round. Just sat in kitchen and told us to have a look. No knowledge of property so couldn’t answer any questions. Couldn’t care less. Next viewing we drove for 18 miles to attend. No one showed up and when we called the branch we were told it’s gone under offer so no more viewings, didn’t we call to cancel with you? Avoid unless absolutely necessary

STEER CLEAR OF THESE LIEING, DIRTY UNDERHANDED AGENTS IN BEXHILL!!, I asked for a valuation of my property and I was presented with a portfolio of family pictures, this is my wife, my sister etc! I was told by Joseph that they are the biggest agents in Bexhill-On-Sea, because nobody else employes 9 people in one office?!. After about an hour, he eventually got round to telling us exactly how much our property is worth, and that he could sell it in no time at all!, he droned on about how their professional photos (carried out by professional photographers),really do capture the very best that the property has to offer; so, I asked which company they used, only to find out that Joseph did a photography course and does the pictures himself!!, so does that constitute being a professional photographer???, he said he was a professional estate agent, so which is it to be??. Needless to say I declined his offer to sell our home. However, I did decide to give them a chance when I was looking for a property (BIG MISTAKE). I lined up 6 very similar properties to look at, all meeting my criteria. The morning of the day prior to the viewings, I received countless phone calls from the office asking if I had considered a particular property, so I politely informed them I had already booked a viewing, then I get more calls asking the same questions all from different members of staff, all regarding the properties I had booked in!! COMMUNICATION WORKS WELL, WHEN ITS DONE PROPERLY!! HELLO LEFT HAND, HELLO RIGHT HAND!! I would then get absolutely bombarded with emails!,. So I have decided to NEVER BUY /SELL OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! I have since advised as many people as I know to use any agents but these. I, have heard nothing but bad reports, even down to GAZUMPING they will do anything for win, Watch out, better still, don’t give them the time of days
