Can't recommend this firm highly enough. They valued our house accurately and sold it very quickly. The progress of the sale has not been entirely smooth for reasons beyond anyone's control but RWW's excellent progress chasing, led by Sarah Sanderson, has been energetic and effective, keeping us informed at all times and maintaining contact with all the other parties - home owners, solicitors and the other agents involved.. Often we have hit 'bumps in the road' and Sarah in particular, but the whole firm in general, has been effective in 'ironing' these out.

I purchased a house from Rutt, Witt & Wilson and must say that they went the extra mile for me compared to my seling agent in London. Lewis did an excellent job in selling me the property (well he would wouldnt he lol), Sarah kept me informed throughout the process and John was there to fill the gaps. There was always someone to answer the phone. I would recommend this agency to any potential seller.

Danny, Sarah, Lewis and the rest of the team were amazing throughout the sale of our house. Danny made us feel completely at ease with the valuation, explaining everything clearly and showing us potential properties to buy. Communication was excellent from start to finish and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Sarah and Lewis were always on hand to answer questions and keep things progressing smoothly. We especially appreciated Sarah’s constant communication and support right through to completion. We are so grateful for all their hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
