I’ve used Rush Witt previously and always been impressed with their service and level of detail. This time they acted on my behalf to sell my mothers flat. They found a buyer but the sale was hampered by purchasers conveyancer. Sarah stayed on the ball and chased everyone she could. Sale went through very quickly once a proper company dealt on behalf of the purchaser. I recently bought a house with this company, even though the stress of buying a new house is daunting for people. The staff at rush,witt&wilson were excellent they have made the process ten times easier. Any questions or queries I had they provided and responded to them quickly. Choosing the right estate agent when selling a property is essential, so this may be why you are reading this review. Not all estate agents are the same. Online can only be faceless, limited for buyers and sellers to ask a question. Some estate agents tend to push their sellers to hit targets that can directly impact the sales price and how they market properties. Fortunately, we found, in our opinion, the best East Sussex-based estate agent, Rush, Witt and Wilson. (RWW) We found the estimated resale price for our property from RWW to be slightly higher, mainly due to their consideration of viewpoints, modern features, and expensive upgrades to the flat we were selling. Other estate agents did not pick up on some points or recognise the significance. Which doesn't help the seller or indeed a buyer. All the team come across as professional and are there to help. From the initial viewing of the property, photos were taken, including a photo from a drone to highlight the beautiful coastal location. A scaled ground map was produced, showing all the features a buyer would look for. The photos, property description and scaled map were online and in their shop window by the following day. Within a week, we had a buyer. But here is the difference, the RWW team keep on top of the sale. They keep you informed and can be pivotal in making the sale happen. In our case, this was the difference when a sale looked like it was turning sour, it didn't, and that was purely due to the sale team. We noticed other estate agents marketing similar properties that remain unsold, reviewed, or under-advertised to reach the right buyers. What makes the difference is the people selling it for you. RWW also have contacts from potential buyers that wish to move to certain areas. Hence when the right property turns up, direct contact can be made. Our property was advertised online via the RRW website, Right Move and other media platforms. Although based in East Sussex, RWW's advertising reach is much bigger than the local area. Our Buyer came from London. The team will probably remember me as a demanding client. However, RWW will meet your expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending them for the sale of your property. In these more difficult times for the property industry, making the correct choice can be the difference between selling your property or not.
