We are currently house hunting in Bexhill and have noticed the current trend for inflation in house prices. Many estate agents appear to be complicit in raising prices (and seller expectations) but we have found that Rush, Witt, and Wilson usually value their properties at a realistic and sensible rate. Our experience was positive from first meeting. A very professional introduction to the company and approach to selling our house. Details of our house went live on Thursday afternoon. On Saturday we had three viewings. Two offers same day just below asking price. Our purchase fell through so the chain did not complete. When we move again it will be with Rush, Witt & Wilson.
