I woke up this morning and found that the back of my toilet was leaking and the toilet itself was not bolted onto the floor. I sent a maintenance report through which got picked up by Louise in the office. Within about an hour of the report, I had Mike from MJC services knock on the door to fix everything which also turned out to be a bigger job than originally anticipated (brand new toilet). Mike was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and was incredibly understanding! I will happily deal with Mike and anyone from MJC services again due to their efficiency.
