I would highly recommend working with Kier from Ellis and Co - wow what an experience!!! Transparency, respect and responsiveness plus incredible flats! My flatmate and I had been looking for a place for upwards of 5 months, we had seen at least 23 flats all over London and dealt with countless estate agents. Our experience with Ellis and Co and with our letting agent, Kier Hawkins was extraordinary. From the fact that we were able to schedule a viewing immediately, to the responsiveness of Kier and his team, to the genuine care that he has and respect for the existing residents, the experience really stood out. My flatmate couldn't be at the viewing so I wanted to take a video, I asked Kier, and his answer was that he wanted to respect the privacy of the existing residents by avoiding videos of their bedroom. He is the only agent I have ever worked with who cared enough about the residents to bring up this point (which seemed obvious but I hadn't thought about). I decided in that moment that I would only work with him. Upon moving in to our new flat, Kier and the Ellis and Co team have been nothing but polite, respectful, kind and responsive. Our flat is incredible and their support has been brilliant. From helping us get situated to explaining processes and providing complete transparency and documentation. I would absolutely recommend working with Kier at Ellis and Co. Finding a flat is tough, it's nice to have someone on your side who's genuinely looking out for your best interests.
