I came into contact with Yvonne originally a few years ago when she was the agent for a house I was looking at. She was very different from a lot of the estate agents we came into contact with at the time. She was knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to talk to. Yvonne knew the answers to all of our questions. You could tell she enjoyed her job and wanted to do the best for her client. When we were ready to sell our house we got in touch with Yvonne as we knew she was the best person for us. We made the best choice! From start to finish Yvonne was the only person on the estate agent side of things. Yvonne valued the property, took photos, wrote the description and held the viewings. Having one person throughout the process meant that we always knew who to speak to. We knew that information wasn't getting lost between multiple people. Every step of the way Yvonne kept us informed and helped so much with the sales progression. Yvonne was the best part of a very stressful situation, she answered our questions at every stage and was often the voice of reason. We spoke via WhatsApp so it was very easy to get in contact with Yvonne when we needed to. No waiting for a call back or leaving messages on voicemail. I whole heartedly recommend Yvonne as an estate agent!

Yvonne was the best part about our whole selling process. When I came across her a few years ago by chance, selling a house that we went to view, I was immediately struck by her as someone whom I'd want to sell my house in the future. Sure enough, a few years later when it was time to sell for the first time, she was the first and only estate agent I contacted. Yvonne was the only true constant throughout the process from start to finish. Her experience and knowledge was second to none and she was a blessing when it came to updates, chasing and deciphering solicitor speak for us! Having met various other agents for viewings we felt there was a lack of oomph and knowledge. In particular the viewing of our new house was very short and we did not feel like the knowledge was there, it was pretty uncomfortable. Good job we fell in love with the house! However in the meantime we had met Yvonne and she has been a blessing from the moment we met her. From beginning to end, there was no falter on the help, guidance and support, even advising on the purchase of our new house! We had our fair share of problems along the way and Yvonne was there to give us support and guidance and always pointed us in the right direction. She knew what was right for our situation and always chased when needing to get something over the line. She took on all the follow ups and got us updated with every bit of information she found. Her work ethic is second to none, attention to detail and personal touch, always being available when needed and going out of her way to ensure we progressed. 100%, no doubt about it, we would use her again and would be happy to recommend that others did the same

So we were buying a property from Ewemove and dealt with the lovely Yvonne. I cant even begin to explain how amazing Yvonne was through the whole experience. She answered any and all questions even though technically she wasn't our estate agent. She was super helpful and the kindest person when things went wrong in the beginning and we lost our first buyer. We managed quickly to get another and Yvonne kept us in the loop as we did her! I really do think we wouldn't of managed to get the house of our dreams if it wasn't for Yvonne cheering us along and supporting us at every point!
