Yvonne has been an absolute dream to work with - I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. We are first time buyers and were walking into this process completely blind but Yvonne was so patient and explained every part of the process for us. We are working on really tight timescales for this and Yvonne has gone above and beyond to get everything sorted before we've even asked. I have moved before and have previous experience with estate agents. I tried Ewemove because they had good ratings online and I wanted to try something different. I was allocated Yvonne as my estate agent and I can honestly say I have never experienced anything like it. The service was absolutely outstanding. Everything was 5 star service from beginning to end. From the first valuation, the quality of the photos and advert, the service throughout right up to the moment of completion. She was always available on the phone even in the evening or weekends. Yvonne was friendly, motivated, knowledgeable, professional and by the far the best estate agent I have ever used. I would highly recommend using her and Ewemove as I think you would struggle to find a better service anywhere else.
