They found the perfect buyer for our character cottage...

From the moment David stepped in the door we knew we had found the right agent; valuation, photographs and description perfect, we didn't have to alter anything. Special thanks to Shree and Christi in the office for arranging the viewings to fit in with our busy lives. Even though we didn't want to do any of the viewings it worked OK with the few that we did and we got to meet the buyer so knew all our hard work in renovating the cottage would be appreciated and loved - sold in 3 weeks to the third person that walked in the door and in a position to move. They also sold our daughter and son in law's property, took a little longer than ours - but of all the Estate Agents in Belper we can whole heartedly say they are the best, would definitely use them again (although at this time, we are having a break and not moving again)...
