Ulster Property Sales

We initially got three Belfast based Estate Agencies out to value our home with a view to placing it on the market. Gareth was the complete stand out. His knowledge of the properties sold in our semi-rural location and his strategy in relation to the pricing of our home were just first class. We knew straight away that Gareth and UPS were the Estate Agency for us. As the sales process progressed it became very evident that Gareth had built an exceptional team around him. Not just in relation to the other UPS staff members who never once failed to return a call or pass on a message but also the other professionals involved. The photographer who took the images of our home and his ideas in relation to the virtual tour element were simply outstanding. While relatively short in duration the sales process was not without its hiccups and our initial sale fell through due to visa complications involving a purchaser from the USA. Gareth dusted us down and relisted our home with renewed vigour and drive and within a further two weeks we were sale agreed to the purchaser who eventually bought our home. Gareth never failed to keep us up to date at all stages of the process. His work ethic is second to none and it wasn't unusual to receive an e-mail response to a query before 8.00 am! Placing your home up for sale is widely acknowledged as being one of the most stressful times in anyone's life. Gareth kept those stresses to an absolute minimum and we completed the purchase on our home 13 weeks after its initial listing on the market. We genuinely believe that we would not have achieved that result without Gareth's professionalism and expertise. To any prospective house seller out there do yourselves a huge favour and get Gareth and his team at UPS in your corner at the very earliest opportunity. Tim & Maria
