The staffs are kind. Julia - one of the staffs - always immediately responded to my email and clearly explained what to do next. Even though I do not speak English well, she always treated me kindly. And she handled very well the mistakes I made in the process of filling the application form. Thank you very much, Julia!

I sold a flat through Whitegates this year. Joe, Paul and Olivia were fantastic throughout, always keeping me in the loop of any updates. Olivia in particular was great at chasing up solicitors and dealing with the buyer; I'm not sure the sale would have gone through without her good work! Would highly recommend the sales team.
