After being a tenant with Whitegates for 9 years, I found them very responsive, Marie always kept in touch regarding any issues or repairs raised. I know it’s hard for them due to being in the middle of both tenants and landlords.. Both Marie and Karen deserve medals as go between for myself and my landlord they still managed to keep there heads (Which at times must have been hard) The majority of tradesmen they use are fantastic also especially Pete who had his work cut out, but always had a smile on his face.. I’d recommend them as a letting agency to both sides landlords and tenants as they look after both sides as best they can..
