I’ve worked with Martin & Co over many years in the property rental market. During the last two years I have sold two properties through there Beeston office. The service has been exceptional, Ian was great at providing market values and a strategy to obtain a successful sale. Liz has been great throughout the process towards completion. The last sale has taken a lot chasing of an overseas buyer and his solicitor in the UK but for many months Liz has pushed and pushed until all enquiries have been answered to the buyer’s satisfaction.
