I purchased my house through Manning Stainton on Beeston Road in June 2016. I viewed several houses and have kept up-to-date with the property market in the area ever since. My experience with Manning Stainton has been absolutely impeccable. The service has been excellent. The team has always answered any queries promptly and more importantly they have always been spot on when it comes to valuations. In Beeston this is the estate agent to purchase and sell through.

These might not be the cheapest estate agents in the area but for me they were well worth every penny! Polite and really well-organised, meaning that both me and my buyer had no unnecessary stress getting everything sorted for my move. We had some issues further up the chain and Manning Stainton were tireless with support, advice and also making calls to try to keep the whole thing moving - would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely poor from the get go. My girlfriend fell pregnant and as soon as she found out we got cracking with trying to get a house. We thought we would surley have a house before the baby came but we didn’t even get a mortgage in principle. 10 months and still didn’t get no where. We did everything they asked of us and did everything as quick as we could. I now have a 3 month old baby living with my parents because we don’t have a home. We have started the process again with another company and it’s took them 2 weeks to get us further than what we got with these guys. Absolutely joke of a company and the people handling our mortgage didn’t have any sympathy at all for our situation. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER FORGIVE THEM.
