We had amazing service from James at Ewemove in Attenborough. I decided to relocate to the Cumbria following the untimely death of my husband. We had lived in the same house for 30 years and so my knowledge of the housing market, estate agents and all the other paraphernalia that goes with buying and selling a house was woefully out of date, so I needed an Estate Agent who not only knew their stuff but would be empathetic to my situation. A friend had used EweMove recently and recommended them to me. I rang them and asked someone to come and value my house. Kate arrived and within 5 minutes I knew I had made the right choice. Kind, caring, sympathetic and knowledgeable, Kate talked me through the process, was very upfront about what I would need to do versus what EweMove would do, so by the time she left I had a very clear picture of the end to end process. I didn’t even bother getting a second or third estate agent round – there was absolutely no point. I signed the appropriate paperwork and we went ahead with the sale.
