I contacted two letting companies in Inverness regarding two apartments and the difference between them was chalk and cheese. Tailormade Moves were excellent and their staff extremely polite (the owner of other company, who we found extremely rude, laughed when I asked if the price was negotiable). We had a viewing of both properties and opted for the property through Tailormade. Rob has been our main contact point and has been excellent throughout. People will primarily choose a place to rent based on the property and location, but Tailormade Moves have made the whole process simple and all the staff have been very polite and professional throughout. Highly recommended.
