I advertised my property through CJ Hole and they were great, did an open day and I got lots of offers within a few days. It was a very easy and enjoyable process. Unfortunately I had problems buying a house. 3 attempts failed, through no fault of my own, got caught up in chains etc and was generally just unlucky. Throughout this time, almost 12 months, I liaised with Stan Pitman in the progression department. I don’t think I would be where I am today (about to move to a lovely new home) if it wasn’t for him. He has offered nothing but support and understanding, had kept my buyers on board this whole time (a miracle I would say) and his advice has been invaluable. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he always called me back whenever I contacted him, which was a lot! He was always polite, professional and is a real credit to CJ Hole. We had difficulties when we first tried to arrange a viewing for a property and had to be persistent to get a viewing booked in but after this CJ Hole were very good when we were purchasing our first home. Stan was excellent in communicating with us and speeding up the process at both ends.
