Lulu has been awesome to work with, being from the States the rental process in the UK is a bit different (a firm on every street and corner like a Starbucks), and she helped our family get into a home no problem. She was very communicative and answered any questions we had.

I had a viewing with Lulu Z - she was amazing! Answered all of my questions, was really patient (I had a lot of questions!), and kept me in the loop on availability of other properties! Still haven’t found the one yet - but I’m confident I’ll be able to find one with her
