The worst experience with an estate agency in my life. Within 3 months since the tenancy started they managed break the contract by letting stranger into our property without any notice. Also They gave away our personal detail to 3th party which has been opening and closing contracts in out names. They are no flexible at all and if you need something you have to go to the branch in person. I'm finding this agency stress and trouble making and not reliable what so ever. They have no boundries and lie is what they do. After moving to the property it took a year and half to sort all issues. On the end the landlord went with different agency after we talk and found out that they have been also lying to the land lord about issues and the state of the property.
Forced to put 5 star during my application... Since then they have been awful. Told us our house we rented would come with a washing machine and fridge, then denied it once we moved it without either.

Repeatedly didn't pick up the phone or answer email
I left one of their properties 2 months ago and I still haven't received my deposit. I've called multiple times, sent emails and contacted them through their online chat! They don't care they've made no attempt to contact me and when I've spoken to them they say the relevant person is busy and will contact me back later.
We have now finally sold our property, but at every stage of the process CJ Hole made things difficult - or simply did not provide a service at all. When raising a complaint to their branch manager, I asked him why I was receiving better service, better communication and better advice from the agent we were buying a house through. His direct quote back was: “We have significantly more properties to deal with, we cant be expected to provide that level of service”. This sums CJ Hole up to a T – they pile them high, getting as many houses as possible on their books, and don’t bother with customer service, knowing that a hot market will allow them to sell properties regardless.
