I highly recommend Martin & Co in Belford. They do inspections of my rental property and remind me when servicing etc is due. Communication is very good and they are also up to date with various legislation.

I found that Lorraine has had 20 years of experience in her field. I contacted her at Martin &co to look at a property which was quite new to me, I found that she was very professional in her manner and also knew the area where I wanted to buy my first property. I’m so happy that Lorraine came my way, she was very confident and knew her job inside out. I’m seriously thinking about the possibility of buying in my chosen area.

I currently rent a property through Martin & Co and had recently have been in touch regarding new carpets being fitted. We had a swift and detailed response from Cara Beckford. She was extremely polite throughout the process and made sure to keep us posted in regards to communication from the landlord. There was never any sign of reluctantly around proposing this to the Landlord, which is usually something other estate agents would do. We have since had an visit from the Landlord and have come to an agreement. I fed this back to the Landlord also, but wanted to highlight how much of an asset Cara is to your company and we are extremely grateful with the service she provided. 5*!

Lorraine made finding our rental home feel easy! She was always responsive and friendly. She guided me through the entire process until we had the keys in hand, and even beyond. I never thought it could be so seamless to rent a home. I would recommend her to anyone.

You chose good contractors who did the work to a high standard. You covered every detail and ensured that the gas boiler was registered enabling me to get a 5 year parts and labour guarantee.
