First time Rental Dream!

I recently have moved back to Bedford and after many years of owning my own house needed to rent a property.. After speaking with several rental companies I was shown unsuitable properties and left confused at the entire process and feeling that I would have to settle for somewhere that I was not going to feel happy in. However, once I called Lenwell all of this changed. Hannah, Kate and Ruth were simply brilliant. They explained the process, listened to my requirements and then came up with the perfect property for me, in the right location and right price. As a first time Tenant I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance and re-assurance through the process. Every time I called or emailled things were dealt with conscientiously and efficiently. Once the arrangement was concluded the hand over was dealt with very well and follow up calls to make sure I was settled really made me feel valued as a Tenant and that I could approach them with any issues. I am so lucky to have rented my property through Lenwell and cannot recommend them highly enough. Professional friendly staff make moving home easy.

Had to move home in quite short order recently after a split from my wife. The staff i dealt with at the agency were very polite, courteous, professional and most importantly during this time, patient. they were able to hook me up very quickly with a beautiful one bedroom flat for a very reasonable price. a fast, friendly and easy experience all round and ,should i have to move again in the near future, i will be knocking on their door once again.

Ruth is amazing. She did not only get us a better deal on purchase, she is always quick to respond and personally takes responsibility, even if it not really her are of work. Brilliant agent.

I'd just like to say how amazing these two were. When it came to a massive hurdle Ruth must have worked in overdrive to sort is out and that she did, outstanding and we are very grateful. Polite, professional and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more. I also mention Hannah as when Ruth wasn't available (no doubt doing an equally great job for someone else) Hannah was always there to answer any queries and also made it to our viewing on late notice. All in all fantastic job by the ladies and we couldn't have asked for more. GOOD WORK!
