Ticked the Boxes
Matt Wells made the process of looking for properties so much easier than I imagined. His expertise is top notch as well as his ability to really dial into what would work best for me as I live in California. He took the time to break down what would work to my advantage as well as showed me properties that truly ticked my boxes. I feel very confident that being able to do business with his overseas will be easy and well handled. I trust him full stop with looking out for my best interests and would highly recommend Harwell Estates for any property transaction. Thanks for making this new journey exciting and comforting.

Made a Painful Process Less Painful!
Matt has been fantastic throughout a very difficult and stressful process, purchasing an ex-repossession property, and has always been very helpful and available whenever I've needed to speak to him. We had a very short timescale to work to, and Matt did everything he could to make sure it stayed on track. If I ever have a property to sell (although hopefully not in the near future!), I would definitely go to Harwell Estates as my first port of call.

more than happy vendors...
A challenging valuation to meet but nevertheless met with energy, hard work and some skill by Matt @ Harwell Estates. One can only comment as you find and if you happen to be selling a property in Bedale and the surrounding area I would recommend Harwell Estates - I would add that their fee structure was more than fair. Mathew of Harwell Estates represents the best that this profession can offer
A local expert is exactly what you need when moving house. It doesn't matter whether you move just around the corner or between Counties (like us) the crucial thing is a polite and friendly service, where the agent works for you in a professional and industrious manner...Mathew from Harwell's is exactly this! From the very start of our search Mathew impressed us with his expert local knowledge and impressive network of other professionals with the area: Solicitors, Agents and crucially sellers! Our purchase has not, like most people being straightforward but Mathew is able to take the stress out of the journey for you and his passion to get things right for you always leave you with a sense of satisfaction and not worry like some agents do. Mathew is constantly their to provide a friendly service and we are very grateful for finding his estate agency. I can't recommend this personal touch and refreshing change enough.

Harwells are committed to excellent customer service
From day one the service received has been polite, positive and instilled confidence which is exactly what we as first time sellers needed. We receive timely reports of activity of viewings, and feel well informed, viewings are professionally conducted and we are confident that a buyer will be found soon. I would recommend them to any friends or family looking to buy or sell.

A Professional Friendly and Proactive Service
We asked Harwell Estates to market our house for sale. We were a little nervous as it was at a time of year when the market tends to slow down. We needn't have worried, within 3 weeks our house was under multiple offers. Harwell Estates marketed the property excellently. I would highly recommend their professional photographer service as this really added to our listing and sparked a lot of interest straight away. Although clearly busy, they have always been on hand to answer any questions we have had, to give us advice or just keep us up to date on progress. I would highly recommend Harwell Estates.

Unbeatable Service & Value
Highly recommended! Harwell Estates has transformed the Estate Agency market in Bedale. We have our property for sale with them at the moment and Matt works tirelessly. They deliver the three things you hope you will get from an agent, low fees, great communication and viewings. I can ring him 8am to 8pm any day of the week and he is always happy to talk. Who else does that, in any any industry?
