Such a shame this branch doesn’t work with relocation agents. Despite me being fully retained with my clients, the lady on the phone denied a viewing. I feel sorry for the landlords of Malory Close whose agents are missing opportunity to bring good long term tenants.

Saw an advertisement on their website and we were interested , tried to contact them by calling and by email for over a week. No response from them. And then they called me back after 3 weeks , when we already found different property.

Very unprofessional and unclear. I'll never looking for a flat with them. They have no respect for the "future tenant". And they use Van Milder as their reference agency even worse. It has been the worse experience ever. I had to call to know anything about my reference, my flat, dates and if everything was ok or not. They let us pay and then nothing else, no updates, no calls. And they changed their location so we couldn't be able even to speak personally with someone. Very disappointed.
