All the staff at Fine and Country Beccles were extremely professional, friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with. They kept us informed at all times and gave good advice when requested as well as being understanding during the whole process. The care with which Letitia investigated the chain and her dogged determination to keep things on track towards exchange was much appreciated. Fine and Country Beccles really do go the extra mile and make a very stressful process much more bearable. We have no hesitation in recommending Rebecca, Letitia and Simon as guides to a potential house moves. They offer a superb service and we feel very good value for money.

We were so lucky to have Fine & Country sell our house. We had tried various agents locally, but the service and expectations were totally disappointing. After being highly recommended to Fine & Country we quickly realised why......The dedication, professionalism, and aftersales service was truly amazing. We also learnt that paying a bit extra really was value for money. You really do get what you pay for! We have never had an agent push a sale through like Simon & Rebecca. No other agent we have used in the past has given such a brilliant aftersales service! Their approach was always positive, upbeat and calm, even faced with our sale, which wasn't straight forward. Fantastic service. I forgot what a slog it is selling and buying property and am sure if it was not for Rebecca and her team, the sale and purchase would still not be completed and doubt if I would still be married! Would 100% recommend.
