The team at the Frost partnership in Beaconsfield have been outstanding during my recent, but lengthy, house selling and purchasing process. Franky, in particular was a resource of calm, honest, sensible, practical advice and reassurance, remaining professional and level headed at all times. Quite frankly, I don’t know how I might have endured the ups and downs without her tenacity, diplomacy, pragmatic nature and her will to push it through to the very end. I can’t thank her enough. Many thanks must also be given to the team supporting her, for their courtesy and help over the phone and in person. If you are considering selling, I highly recommend Frosts. They are great at marketing it to a wide audience, professional at eeking out the right buyers, empathetic and respectful in viewings at your home and follow up with feedback afterwards. They will take care of you each step of the way. Only one last thing to say…. If carlsberg did estate agents…. 🙏

Frost were excellent in acting for us in the sale of our Property. We dealt with Mark and Franky as our main contacts, however everyone we spoke to provided us with exceptional, professional service. Mark kept us to date regularly with progress and either Mark or Franky were available whenever we needed them. Mark took a lot of the anxiety that goes with moving home away from us. We greatly valued what is clearly his vast experience, as well his advice and reassurance. They are friendly, attentive, professional and thoroughly recommended Agents.

I’ve nothing but positive things to say about how Franky kept the sale of my property going when I was becoming increasingly frustrated by the purchasers solicitor attempting to show how knowledgeable he was by asking for ridiculous levels of information, most of which was later proven to be irrelevant. Thanks again Franky for your very professional assistance in helping get my sale ‘over the line’

Brianna was a dream to deal with and helped us find a gorgeous rental property in Beaconsfield. Having been a home owner for over 20 years moving into the current rental market, where demand exceeds supply, is a daunting challenge, especially as a dog owner! I have met many agents in this process, many sadly who are cold and unhelpful. Brianna was a breath of fresh air, kind, friendly, helpful and professional looking after the needs of both the tenant and the landlord which is totally refreshing and much appreciated. Roger Mead was excellent. Currently a difficult time to sell houses and although two sales fell through Roger remained positive and came back very quickly with new buyers. Roger kept me informed throughout the whole process and was a pleasure to deal with.
