I purchased my home through Frost GX. Matthew Craft is simply the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. He saved the sale of my property which was being sold via another Local estate agent by taking over discussions with a very awkward and difficult buyer. My own estate agent was not able to do this and my buyer walked away but Matthew managed to get him back to purchase my property. Matthew worked until late into the evenings and kept all parties informed at all times. I have never dealt with such a difficult sale and purchase and would like to thank Matthew for keeping me at the table as there were times when I just had enough and wanted to throw in the towel. I realised that when deciding on an estate agent to sell your property you need someone that will do their utmost for your best interests and Matthew certainly does this at all times for his client and even for others in the chain.
