We worked with Ashington Page to both buy a property and then use their letting's department to rent the property for us. They are very professional in all aspects of their service and also personable to work with - nothing is too much trouble for them. Thoroughly recommended as a local agent.

I had a very negative experience with Aaron at this agency and their referencing team. Whilst going through the referencing process for a rental property they caused multiple delays. There was a mix of miscommunication from different teams. The whole thing was handled very poorly.

Had to ring three times to get a viewing as no one was getting back to me. Contract was taking far, far too long to come through. When I chased it up I received an out of office email from the lady I was dealing with saying she was on holiday until a few days after I was meant to move in, she never told me about this. Inventory lady missed an enormous leak, rang the office to tell them about it and was told to ring the landlord, asked if I had not received my welcome pack which I haven't, that has never materialised. I never leave reviews for things as I'm pretty laid back generally but felt it necessary to do so here. Flats in beaconsfield let themselves given the demand and it makes you realise this estate agents knows that. Absolutely no idea what they do for their fee
