We've been renting from Martin & Co. for about 1.5 years and have really found them to be great. In particular our point of contact (Rodica Sovar) has been a massive help to us in terms of unintrusive inspections and quick fixes when required. One one occasion we had a severe issues with our bathroom needing to be completely retiled and the person who came to do it was poor. Rodica really had our back and although it took a long time to resolve entirely she kept us fully in the loop at all times. I couldn't have resolved it any faster myself. It was real peace of mind having her there to work with us. I'd recommend the company and especially Rodica to anyone.

Rodica has been amazing throughout my check out process. She’s been really responsive, the deposit was returned really promptly and she’s always really clear on setting expectations and following through on them. My girlfriend and I recently purchased a property in Battersea Reach with the help of Dominik Graf. We had been searching for a while, dealing with various estate agents all across London.
