We have just purchased a property through Tynings. The standard of service we received was simply outstanding. From the outset it was clear that Ben and Nikki had done their research on the property. They were very accommodating when we asked for repeat viewings and steered us through the offer and subsequent acceptance process in a straight-forward and empathetic manner - even though there was other interest in the property, there was none of the awful price-chasing we have experienced with other estate agents.. Once the offer was accepted, we felt that Ben and Nikki were working hard behind the scenes to keep the process moving - and at just over two months from offer to completion, they obviously did a good job.
