I never thought I'd find myself leaving a 5 star review for a lettings agent but wow, Reside are absolutely on a different level to anything I've ever experienced over the last 10 years. We rented via Reside from 2022 to 2024, and have had a such a refreshingly positive experience from start to finish. The team genuinely care, and treat their tenants with empathy and professionalism. There was only one mishap in 2 years, whereby an engineer entered our property without our permission due to a miscommunication. Reside could not have been more apologetic and actually donated £100 to a charity of our choice as an apology. Even more importantly they made changes to their internal processes to ensure this mistake never happened ever again, which worked perfectly for the rest of our tenancy. This is an example showing how much this team genuinely cares about doing the right thing. We actually went on to purchase our flat from our landlord, and Reside stepped in as the agent to manage the sale. Here I must acknowledge Toby from Reside, who managed communications between ourselves and the sellers extremely efficiently and professionally. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially when things got a little tricky with some negotiation points later down the line. All in all I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reside to anyone looking for a new home in Bath. Hands down the best experience I have had in 10 years of renting, worlds apart from anything I've experienced before. You will not regret choosing to rent via Reside.
