Excellent stay at the Bath property

I stayed at the Bath property during my final year at uni. J Aland was very professional in their handling of any issues. I found out that my bed was broken when I first moved in, and as soon as I advised the agent, the bed and mattress were both changed within a few days. The agents are strict regarding payment and cleaning and we made great effort to keep the house clean esp after we moved out. There have been no issues throughout our stay. Would highly recommend the company as letting agents..

Jayne is brilliant!

Hi there, We just moved out of our final year home - Jayne was so helpful at any problems we had over the year. Great communication and it was clear what was expected on both sides of agreement. Really easy check in and out! Would highly recommend if you like no fuss and problems. Thanks, Emily

Professional and helpful agent

I've used J Aland Lettings for several years now. They have always been successful in finding new tenants for my property. The agency managed the inspections and the feedback was always accurate and detailed.

worst

Don't know about the other properties but for Quasar Building in Bath, it is the worst renting experience I have ever had! The lettings really is not responsible at all and caused many troubles to us. Making us pay some what they called "nessessary bills". I really do not recommende this lettings at all as I have had a dreadful experience with them along with their corporating cleaning company.
