Having been a tenant through Martin & Co Basingstoke, for approximately 7 years across 2 landlords I can't fault them. Always professional, quick to respond and resolve any issues that crop up. if you're a good tenant you won't have a problem renting through them. I have been using the services of Martin & Co six years now. I have three units in Churchill Place, Basingstoke. Over the years, they managed my properties extremely well. They find tenants for my units fairly quickly, usually within a week. They handled all the repairs and maintenance to the satisfaction of the tenants. I must say no tenants have ever complained about their services and neither do I. Most of all, they are very responsive and handles matters very efficiently.
