Excellent - look no further!

I have used Martin & Co to let my flat in Basingstoke three or four times now. Their rental valuation has been spot on each time and they can arrange other services such as inventory, checkout and cleaning at very good prices. They are honest, friendly and efficient, and their fees are very competitive. From a tenants point of view, deposits are released promptly, which is certainly not the case with all agents. A special shout-out for Mica, who is absolutely top!

The agents and agency are very responsible with constant communication. The whole process of moving in was quite seamless and documentation was quite simple. I would recommend the agency to anyone that is looking to move either short or long-term. There were absolutely no hidden charges or fees and each process of the agreement was transparent.
