Local Specialists

I have had Martin & Co. managing my rental property in Basingstoke for the part 7 years. I'm happy that I am dealing with the same people who know the market very well. Whenever the is a change in tenancy they have found a new tenant within a week and the property has never been vacant for more than a couple of days. Whenever any repairs or maintenance is required they find and manage tradesmen who carry out the work at very reasonable rates.

The agents and agency are very responsible with constant communication. The whole process of moving in was quite seamless and documentation was quite simple. I would recommend the agency to anyone that is looking to move either short or long-term. There were absolutely no hidden charges or fees and each process of the agreement was transparent.
