Andrew visited us on the 12th July and provided us with an honest appraisal of the property's guide value. Andrew was friendly and knowledgeable - we were particularly impressed with his "crib" sheet that he prepares for sales by asking the owner "what sort of questions do I need to know that might not be obvious" (so can be relayed to potential buyers if necessary) - examples being broadband speed/Council Tax Band/Neighbours etc

Smooth and Stress Free
