All the staff at Martins have been kind, supportive and helpful throughout the process of renting our property. Tasks that needed doing were completed efficiently and they reminded us when we needed to do something. Great support and good service!

Having been a tenant through Martin & Co Basingstoke, for approximately 7 years across 2 landlords I can't fault them. Always professional, quick to respond and resolve any issues that crop up. if you're a good tenant you won't have a problem renting through them. Having moved on out of the area, I can only send a big thanks to Petra, Mica, Lyndsey and team, thanks for looking after us over the years.

I have been using the services of Martin & Co six years now. I have three units in Churchill Place, Basingstoke. Over the years, they managed my properties extremely well. They find tenants for my units fairly quickly, usually within a week. They handled all the repairs and maintenance to the satisfaction of the tenants. I must say no tenants have ever complained about their services and neither do I. Most of all, they are very responsive and handles matters very efficiently. A highly recommended lettings agent in Basingstoke.
