I decided to get Martin & Co to give me some advice on renting my property as I'm a newbie landlord. Andrew came round and took some photos and advised me on many points. Andrew did a good job selling my house. I live overseas and wanted to not be present for any part of the sale process. The property was tenanted when we started it at the beginning of February. We had a few email communication glitches, particularly with the property details but an open day was arranged for 20 Feb and 2 offers received on 22 Feb, both higher than I was hoping for.
