Unfortunately for us we hit the market at the wrong time, just before the snap election was called and as a result people were being ultra cautious. Despite the fact that it took longer than expected to sell, Matthew and his team did not give up and found us a great buyer in the end who offered very close to asking price. Not only that but we felt that they did a good job at steering the sale through the whole process, from the acceptance of the offer through to exchange of contracts and we were really grateful for that as there were a few scary bumps along the way for us. I had been a land lady for last 9 years and I had Belvior do all the management side of things for me. Which the lettings department was just amazing. Always kept in contact with me with anything and always kept me upto date. I have now sold my house and again the sale department was amazing too.
