I must say my experience using Belvoir to sell our house did leave me very surprised, they really took the load off me, they emailed me every week keeping me updated with progress reports they also copied me into emails they sent to solicitors acting for myself and the buyer pushing them to keep everyone informed and keeping them on there toes. Matt (the branch manager) has been incredibly helpful and professional during the process of buying our first house, and in our opinion has done a lot more than we really needed to in order to try and help us get things done in time. He has called 3rd parties to get quotes/times for works we were considering having done (which we were already doing ourselves), and he has been incredibly on the ball in terms of making sure nothing is forgotten and everything was on track.
