First time renting

After many years of home ownership I found myself having to rent a property and was to be honest a little wary of dealing with letting agents however my experience with Belvoir Basingstoke could not have been better. When I started looking for a property they had an ideal one available and everybody I dealt with at Belvoir Basingstoke from my initial approach to moving in was professional yet friendly, from the viewing to making the neessary checks / references and the preparation of the tennency agreement and inventory check. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir Basingstoke.

Matt sold us the company and marketed are property well, with viewings being booked almost instantly. Several offers were received and with the expert advice we received at Belvoir a buyer was soon found.
