Been with Belvoir over couple of years now. I must say the key differentiator as compared to other agencies : the prompt response to customer emails, and quicker resolution of the Maintenance issues which are reported. Michelle from the Maintenance team has been fantastic - with quicker revert to the problem ticket , sending the best contractors to fix the issue , and also ensuring a follow up is done to check if the issue has been resolved to the customers satisfaction. It's normally considered that an estate agent is there to represent the interests of the vendors who have engaged the agent. However, as buyers of a property marketed by Belvoir we were pleasantly surprised at the amount of effort put in by Natalie in making sure the chain was prodded at regular intervals, even assisting with our interactions with our own solicitors (at the end of the day Natalie knows the process and we don't so it's always good to get that info to help make sure everything is being done right!). Really pleased to find them essentially acting for both parties after the sale / purchase was agreed, and if we ever decide to sell we'll be using Belvoir (and hopefully Natalie!) as our agent. Very impressed and highly recommended!

From start to finish of my sale Belvoir we're there for me, friendly, efficient, returned my calls and kept me updated, selling my house quickly.
