We've had 3 rental flats in Basingstoke for the last 15 years, all managed through the Belvoir offices. The team there are EXCELLENT, very coordinated and 'on-the-ball'. As a landlord, It's good to know that whoever I speak to, the message gets relayed to the right person to action the job. Thoroughly reliable and professional, and at a reasonable price.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience renting through Belvoir. From initial contact, through move-in and now four years in the same property they have been super-efficient but always with a friendly personal touch. A special shout-out to Jo Jones who is a delight. Always on time, knows her stuff, and has time to hand out a doggie treat and a quick chat with my elderly mum. Five stars plus is my review!

Belvoir were available to value my house promptly and set a reasonable and achievable price to market it at. Jamie (assistant branch manager) kept me very much in the loop with arranging viewings and providing details of the offers, Natalie (move manager) then taking over once a sale was agreed and keeping up the great contact. I felt in control of the sale throughout, never pushed into making any rushed decisions and was always given up to date information as soon as it was available. They both made what is allegedly one of the most stressful life events a total walk in the park! I would most definitely recommend Belvoir Basingstoke without any hesitation, a seamless transaction from start to finish.

Natalie was very helpful and supportive during our purchase. She understood that we were first time buyers and always answered all our questions and explained the whole process (including what the solicitors would be doing at each stage) to us which helped put our minds at rest. I was a tenant in a Belvoir (Basingstoke) property for three years. Throughout that time Belvoir have been professional, reasonable and courteous. The team are easy to get hold off, and have been excellent in keeping me up to date with any relevant issues affecting the property. There were a couple of times when the property had plumbing issues, and Belvoir were very quick to provide assistance. All necessary work was completed promptly, by capable contractors. Furthermore, on leaving the property Shahida (Belvoir property assessor) completed the checkout report, notified the landlord, and released my deposit within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend them if you were looking to rent a property in the Basingstoke area.

Belvoir have managed our properties since 2011. They manage them as though they were their own, from careful tenant selection, regular updates on the care of the property, advice on maintenance and always seeking the best value for money from contractors brought in for repairs. I have only praise for them; outstanding.
