I sold my house using Belvoir and the service we received from the original valuation was superb. We had the house on the market immediately and had over 14 viewings arranged within 2 days. We were asked if we were happy with the dates and times prior to any visits being confirmed and were kept up to date at all times. The sales progressor was invaluable constantly chasing the whole chain and contacting me with an update weekly on both my sale and purchase despite the purchase being through a different agent. Not many agents actually employ a sales progressor it transpired. At an early stage our buyer pulled out however a new buyer was found within 10 minutes! I would definitely recommend Belvoir to anybody.

As a letting agent, Belvoir offer a friendly, professional, efficient service from all the team which cannot be faulted. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.

We are Landlords and use the Tadley Branch. Andrew and his letting team are excellent. They really know what they are doing based on years of experience. From advice, to finding tenants, to managing the letting making life for us landlords hassle free. They have ensured we have kept up our legal obligations and kept a close eye on our property ensuring the tenants use the property within the terms of the letting agreement. Obviously this service comes at a tax deductible cost which is well worth it. We were with a different agent for a short while before Belvoir and this showed us how important it is to have the right team promoting your business. Definitely recommend.

Unstinting and knowledgeable.

I had a problem with a tenant who had left damage to my property when they left. The Belvoire agent advised me what I could and could not claim for and completed the paper work on my behalf. He then applied for a refund from the rent deposit. The Maintance department is a great support. If a tenant has a problem they call me immediately and let me know what the problem is. If necessary they will arrange for a local tradesman to fix the problem. Andrew, Michael and the entire staff are knowledgeable and always available. I couldn't give them all less than 5 stars!
