Belvoir has managed our properties since 2013 and they have always done a great job. They keep us well informed about any changes or updates wrt. the properties and regular visits and reports are very valuable to us. If issues arise and a contractor needs to attend the property they are quick and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend Belvoir to let your property out.

Belvoir have been nothing but excellent when helping my wife and I with the process of getting our house. It started with Martina and Jamie showing us a few houses, and ended with Matthew and Natalie dealing with the house purchase process. There have been moments with our solicitors which have prolonged the process, and without Natalie's help and persistence, we probably wouldn't have been able to get the house. I was a tenant in a Belvoir (Basingstoke) property for three years. Throughout that time Belvoir have been professional, reasonable and courteous. The team are easy to get hold off, and have been excellent in keeping me up to date with any relevant issues affecting the property. There were a couple of times when the property had plumbing issues, and Belvoir were very quick to provide assistance. All necessary work was completed promptly, by capable contractors. Furthermore, on leaving the property Shahida (Belvoir property assessor) completed the checkout report, notified the landlord, and released my deposit within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend them if you were looking to rent a property in the Basingstoke area.
