Jamie (assistant branch manager) kept me very much in the loop with arranging viewings and providing details of the offers, Natalie (move manager) then taking over once a sale was agreed and keeping up the great contact. I felt in control of the sale throughout, never pushed into making any rushed decisions and was always given up to date information as soon as it was available.
